General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date: No penalty. The full amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the arrival date or no-show: The full amount of the stay will be charged.
Reservation Changes:
Changes to the reservation (such as changing the stay dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Please contact our staff as soon as possible for any necessary changes.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial booking.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen and extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) that make the stay impossible, we reserve the right to offer credit for a future stay instead of a refund.
